Hard to make individual text for every rider , but as most of you know , Greshnev , Avandeyev (2 historical riders) , Sitnikov ,Urakov , and Siyanskikh all have left the team in order to buy some solid equipments.
Arseny stole the show once again this season but was unable to keep the jersey in Norway with a 3rd place overall in SC and 3rd place in a stage. Douglas Brasil was just too strong.
However , he won the Fast on Wheels sprint jersey and finished 2nd overall.and he won 4 stages . Of course the whole team was in top form but we had to win it !
He also finished 3rd in one stage of the perm tour , and 2nd (a little disappointment) in a taylor-made race for him , Topar Karabas in Kazakhstan.
He also won a race in Denmark , the Beat Jimmy Cup.
The only other result was made by Porfiriy turbin , winning a 6th division race before the end of season in Vietnam !
Next season will look like a transition season , with Turbin , Dobrolyubov , and Rastorguyev sharing the leadership.
Vanzin, Gavrilov, Astafyev (the last survivor from the creation of the team) and Yevtushenkov will be the team mates.
We will remain with 4 jobbers : Zefirov , Alyokhin , Chekmaryov and Platanov.
Training : we will finish Turbin , and possibly start to train Chekmaryov in TT. However we will have Dolzhikov joining us , so we will see:)
Objectives of last year
-Beat Team Bobyn once again for the season - DONE
- Make Arseny Dobrolyubov 2nd overall in total points for Ukraine in all OCM History - DONE
-Get a top 3 with Urakov- NOT DONe
- Get a top 3 with Rastorguyev - not done
-Get a top 3 with Sitnikov- not done
- Get a top 9 with Avandeyev - Can't be asked to check:)
-Get at least 10 results with Dobrolyubov- done , 11
-Retain our sprint classification jersey for Noway Tour with Dobrolyubov missed
- Incorporate Putilov in the training staff before the end of the season- not met ,was sold
- Finish Turbin's training overall - he will be soon finished ! 52 AV !
- Buy a 300k crank-set , unless a new talent emerges to be trained- DONE

You should target the 50 victories for Ardent and accumulate as many as possible before he starts declining, so he should be your onr and only captain !!

Good write up. One day, One day we'll get the title back. Thanks for your teams contribution to the WT - We're starting to be a formidable force - just need to push into regular CON appearances now..
